1940’s retro housewife fun! I love it when couples want to ‘get into character’ for a shoot! It was soooooo much fun. A ton of wardrobe changes (Lauren I still can’t believe you have so many vintage pieces from your grandma etc…!) Thanks for the fun session, really looking forward to your special day on August 27th!

Well…we had such a great time at the first e-session…they decided to schedule a second, this time in Toronto at a special spot where Geoff proposed…can you recognize where he popped the big question?!? We also hung out at The Beaches! We had soooo much fun & you both were such great sports…it was another early morning start…but it was sooooooooo worth it! Well…that’s a good question! It exists…I’m just not ready to show it off yet! Lot of things to tweak & adjust….so in the meantime I have decided to continue to use this blog until it’s perfect. There’s no sense waiting to post all of my entries on the ‘new’ blog…I’ve been busy…so I think the most important thing right now is to show you what the heck I have been up to! So here goes nothing…
Yep, it’s true. Now that I have 2010 taken care of - the new blog will focus entirely on 2011. Can’t wait for this fresh new look for 2011. It’s starting to look pretty good…but LOTS of work still needs to happen before the BIG launch. I can’t wait! Lots to do in the meantime….designing wedding books, refining/streamlining my website, and getting ready for spring engagement sessions! Hooray for spring…I am sooooooo ready for spring, how about you?
I have been receiving a lot of emails lately asking if I am okay etc…soooo sorry for the lack of communication! I am the worst blogger/facebooker ever! How awful…my last blog entry was September! Yikes!
Long story short….yep…I am good & super busy!
The truth is, I have been putting off updating my blog because I really wanted all of my blog entries to date (10-15 entries by now) to be showcased on my ‘NEW BLOG.’ This is the ’something new’ I mentioned on facebook. This journey has taken waaaaaaaay longer than anticipated (isn’t this ALWAYS the way). Hopefully the unveiling will occur in the next couple weeks…if it’s not ready…I guess I will have to stick to this ‘OLD BLOG’ until my designer/husband get’s the bugs worked out! Come on hubby….you can do it!!!

What an absolutely beautiful morning…with this beautiful couple! Although it kinda hurts getting up sooooo early to snag lovely lighting…I would have to say, this shoot reminded me once again that it’s worth it! The lake was so calm and peaceful. Thanks for the great morning guys - looking forward to your special day in August!
Another great spot! Halton has a handful of Conservation Areas…I strongly suggest you make the time (like we did) to get out there to discover them! We had such a great time! It was so great to spend the morning with the 3 of you (your dog is adorable)! Looking forward to your special day in September!
